○ When can I access my storage unit?

You can access your storage unit any time between 7 AM - 8 PM, 7 days a week as soon as you receive your gate access code.

○ How secure are my belongings in storage?

We have 24/7 surveillance video, electronic keypads with individual codes for each tenant, and an automated gate system that is programmed to open and close in accordance with our business hours.

○ How long are the storage terms?

We offer monthly storage rental agreements but are open to more long-term options if required.

○ What items am I not allowed to store?

Dangerous chemicals, explosives, ammunition, gasoline or other flammable liquids, oil, wet piled rags, perishable or packaged foods not in sealed cans, illegal or stolen goods, or any other items which constitute a potential hazard or inconvenience to other Customers.

○ How do I pay my storage bill?

You can pay your storage bill online using your bank card.
